Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an alleged ATV theft in Fairdealing.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, about 7:34 p.m. Sunday, Benton resident James K. Estes drove his ATV, a green 2008 Kawasaki Brute Force KVF 650, to the Dollar Store in Fairdealing. Estes reportedly parked the vehicle on the west side of the building. When he returned from inside the store, the ATV was allegedly gone.
