Mr. William Elvis Vick, 74, of Mayfield, passed away Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017, at Mills Manor Health and Rehabilitation in Mayfield.
Born Friday, Dec. 4, 1942 in Arlington, he was the son of the late Elvis Vick and the late Jana Vick. He was the husband of the late Linda Marie Vick.
Surviving are son, Billy Ray Vick of Symsonia; daughter, Sherry Williams of Kaler; brothers, Tommy Vick of Benton, Bobby Vick and James Vick of both of Arlington; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and his daughter, Dedra Lynn Engel.
A Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton. Rev. Topper Council officiating.
Interment will follow with military honors in the Haymes Cemetery in Benton.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
