Commissioner Dr. Rick Cocke and Jerry English led the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Battle Hymn of the Republic was sung by Judge Shea Nickell of the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

Kenny Davis, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Jeff Smith with the Kentucky Lake Board of Realtors performed the wreath dedication followed by Guest Speaker State Representative Will Coursey and Keynote Speaker Judge Executive Kevin Neal, veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

A 21 gun salute and Taps was performed by American Legion Post 236 before Retiring of the Colors and Closing Prayer by Brother Joel Frizzell of Walnut Street Baptist Church.
