The best thing about community newspapers and various other news outlets is, well, the news. Defining what that actually means, however, is up to the people who read it.
That said, we’re looking to make a few tweaks here at Marshall County Daily. We know things have been a little slow in recent months, and we’re grateful to our loyal readers for sticking with us in that time. We’ve got a solid staff in place, and we’re excited about the road ahead. More importantly, we’d like you to have a part in that dear reader.
What is it that you would like to see? We are committed to bringing solid news, sports and features to the pages of MCD, and we’re looking forward to new interactive features such as the weekly poll question (found on the MCD homepage) and more. But ultimately, this isn’t just our site. As a reflection of the community, it’s also yours.
