
Deputies arrested an Alabama man Wednesday, after he allegedly called 911 and threatened officers.
Deputies responded about 1:11 a.m. Wednesday to a residence on Dogtown Road in reference to a disturbance. According to MCSD statements, an individual called 911 and told dispatchers he intended to kill someone, as well as any officers who responded to the incident.
Deputies arrested Brandon Rashad Kyle, 22, of Birmingham, Ala., and charged him with third degree terroristic threatening in connection to the incident.
He was housed in the Marshall County Detention Center.
