SOS: Statistics from 2017 Kentucky General Assembly

The 2017 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly adjourned sine die on
March 30. The Governor’s constitutional 10-day veto period expired Tuesday. Enacted
legislation and legislation vetoed by the Governor has been recorded with the

Enacted legislation which is not an appropriations bill, or not containing an
emergency clause or delayed effective date, will take effect June 29, 2017 – 90 days
after adjournment.
