BENTON, Ky. – Peel & Holland is excited to announce the promotion of Eric Stuber, Senior Director of Systems & Technology and Vice President of Benefits & Wellness, to Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stuber will oversee the operating divisions of Peel & Holland’s core business. He will be responsible for the operational infrastructure including systems, processes and personnel and will be responsible for aligning strategic goals with the organization’s long-term vision helping drive the organization to exceed business and profitability goals in both the short and long-term. Mr. Stuber will continue his leadership responsibilities as the chairman of Peel & Holland’s Leadership Committee and a member of both the Executive and Long Range Planning Committees, playing an instrumental role in the development and implementation of effective growth strategies.

Mr. Stuber, who joined Peel & Holland in 2012, has served in various capacities. In addition to his most recent role as Senior Director of Systems & Technology, Stuber also served as Vice President of Employee Benefits & Wellness for the past three years. Serving in dual capacities, Stuber applied his background in systems and technology to the operations of that division; increasing profitability, efficiencies and fostering a success-oriented, accountable environment.

Mr. Stuber studied mechanical engineering at the University of Kentucky and has 16 years of experience in computer science and information technology. Most recently, Mr. Stuber earned his Acredited Advisor in Insurance Management (AAI-M)focusing on agency leadership and strategic alignment; a nationally recognized designation by The Institutes. Mr. Stuber frequently participates in various industry events as a subject matter expert on systems and technology.
