Cookies with Santa starts at 2:30. The Chili Fundraiser starts at 3:00. The parade line-up will be at 4:00 at Mediacom on North Main. The Power Wheels Car Show is also at 4:00. Dickens Alley opens at 4:30 with the Frozen Plaza and Holiday Square. Santa’s Workshop and Parade starts at 6:00 with Grand Marshal Ann Riley.
