The winners of the South's Got Talent student talent show were announced Friday. Many talented students from the eight houses of South Middle competed for points and honors. Acts included, comedy, dance, musical instruments, and singing. The top five acts were chosen by a panel of guest judges. Students then voted on their favorites from these top five acts. Nadia Adamson won first place with a polished performance of "Tomorrow" from the musical Annie. Placing second was Olivia Gammel who stirred our hearts with her performance of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah". Hannah Riley performed an artful modern dance routine placing third.
