Benton Elks Lodge #2707 recently donated $750 to the Marshall County Hospital Auxiliary. Mr. Tobby Haines, Exaulted Ruler, stated that this donation is made available through a grant from the National Elks Foundation that they apply for each year.
Donations made to the hospital auxiliary are used to purchase equipment, not otherwise possible, for the hospital. Department directors are asked to send requests and the group decides what they want to purchase as the funds are raised.
