MCHS Financial Services I and II classes held their 26th annual grand opening ceremony for Star Bank. Star Bank is a student operated bank that serves the students and faculty of MCHS. Pictured are members of the bank at their ribbon cutting ceremony. Also pictured is Mrs. Betsy Flynn, president of CFSB; Houston Harvey, Star Bank CEO; Rachel Rushing, Star Bank President and Blain Bizzell, Star Bank Chairman of the Board. All of the students in the bank are trained as tellers and loan officers. In addition to that, each student has an individual position. Those postions range from VP of Advertising to Bookkeeper. The student bank offers savings and loan accounts to all those at MCHS. The bank is sponsored by CFSB. Jeremy Rose, Megan Tubbs, Paige Kindle, and Allen Waddell from CFSB work closely with Mrs. Phelps, class teacher, and the students of the class to learn all aspects of banking. Pictured Above:
