Marshall cross country competes in Owensboro at Fast Cats Classic

OWENSBORO – Jackson Yates placed 24th and Jordyn Ray 86th to lead the Marshall County cross country team at Saturday’s Daviess County Fast Cats Classic at Yellow Creek Park in Owensboro. Runner from duPont Manual won both the boy’s and girl’s varsity races. Yared Nuguse took first on the boy’s side in 15:27.92 and Alena Sapienza-Wright won the girl’s race in 18:13.68.

The team will be in competition again on Saturday at the McCracken County Invitational at Stuart Nelson Park. See below for a complete list of Marshall County results.
