Owensboro began the second half with an interception at the Marshals 25 yard line and turned it into a 25 yard touchdown on a pass from Gross to Dakota Adams and 35-7 lead. Owensboro scored 15 more points to lead 50-7 before the Marshals safety and finally a 37 yard pass from Tyler Stokes to Prange with just 14 second left in the game.
