Jewell Chittenden

Mrs. Jewell Chittenden, age 83 of Grand Rivers, KY died on Sunday, October 2, 2016,
at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.

Born Monday, July 31, 1933 in Marion, KY, she was the daughter of the late Herbert
Gray Fritts and the late Ina Marie (Hughes) Fritts. 

Surviving are sons, Calvin Chittenden of Russellville, KY, Arnold Chittenden of
Smithland, KY and Ronald Chittenden of Paragould, AR, daughter, Janice Ann Taylor of
Grand Rivers, KY, brothers, Arnold Fritts and Harold Fritts of Marion, KY, sister,
Marie Rushing of Henderson, KY; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Conrad Chittenden, brothers, Ivan
Fritts and Joe Fritts, sisters, Doris Ann Marvel and Edwina Cash.

A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Collier
Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Jason Meadley
officiating. 

Interment will follow in Dixon Cemetery, Grand Rivers, KY.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
October 4, 2016 at Collier Funeral Home.
