Claude J. Johnson, 19, of 120 Retirement Circle, Calvert City was arrested on September 15, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Marshall County warrant for failure to appear. Torri I. Watkins, 27, of 941 Cherrywood Street, Calvert City was arrested on September 17, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Marshall County warrant for failure to appear. She was also served a Marshall County criminal summons for theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500.
