The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who expressed their concerns and provided tips in the vandalism of Mike Miller Park. The Park was vandalized on 09/11/2016. The Sheriff’s Office is happy to report that an investigation led by Detective Lieutenant Matt Hilbrecht has resulted in two juveniles being charged via petitions filed with the Court Designated Workers Office. Due to the confidentially requirements in juvenile cases, the only identifying information that can be released is that the vandalism was done by two 12 year old female juveniles. Also the reward money offered in this case will be divided among three juveniles who provided information in the case. These juveniles wish to remain anonymous.
