Joshua W. Culp, 37, of 1553 Church Grove Road, Benton was arrested on August
31, 2016 by Officer Mike Canon for tampering with physical evidence, possession
of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brittany L. Pirtle, 27, of 100 Trilogy Avenue, Hopkinsville was arrested on
August 31, 2016 by Officer Mike Canon for giving an officer a false name or
address, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering
with physical evidence, prescription controlled substance not in proper
container 1st offense, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree
(drug unspecified). She was also served a Henderson County warrant for
contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
Rhett A. Nelson, 18, of 122 Cedar Street, Calvert City was served a Marshall
County Criminal Summons on September 02, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock for
assault 4th degree (minor injury).
Michael B. Travis, 29, of 141 Rusty Ridge Road, Kuttawa was arrested on
September 08, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock for DUI 2nd offense and theft by
unlawful taking under $500.
Cade Brown, 18, of 853 South Main Street, Calvert City was arrested on
September 11, 2016 by Officer Mike Canon for alcohol intoxication in a public
place.
