Join us as Kirsten Sass, the 2016 USA Triathlon National and the ITU World Duathlon Champion, speaks about triathlon, duathlon, and multi-sport competition. Kirsten was the 2015 Overall National and World Champion in the Olympic Distance Triathlon. Kirsten competes at the top level as an amateur athlete. She was named USA Triathlon Female Athlete of the year in 2013 and 2015. She will discuss effective training techniques, how to balance family, work, and training, as well as planning your nutrition for success. Questions and an open discussion will be encouraged. The event is free and open to the public. It will take place at the MCCH, Center for Health and Wellness in Murray, KY. Whether you swim, bike, run, or do a combination of the three, don’t miss this opportunity to hear from the best in the world. Kirsten is coached by Steel City Endurance. Kirsten is a Physician Assistant and resides with her family in McKenzie, Tennessee.
