EDDIE HAMLET, 72, of Benton, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 at his home.
He was a member of Vanzora Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Crouse Hamlet of Benton, KY; his son, Mitchell Hamlet and wife Jody of Benton, KY; step children; Terri Belt and husband Troy of Vine Grove, KY and Brandi Smith and husband Kyle of Benton, KY; eleven grandchildren, Kayla Bearden, Ashley Raisor, Brandon Belt, Kelcee Hamlet, Riley Hamlet, Jarrod Smith, Devin Thurman, Emilee Smith, Blake Belt, Brice Belt and Geneva Smith; four great grandchildren; Brady Bearden, Dawson Bearden, Hayden Raisor and Cameron Raisor; and five sisters.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, one sister, and his parents, Charlie Monroe Hamlet and Detrice Aldine Lamb Hamlet.
A private memorial will be held at a later date. Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
