Dallas J. Williams, 22, of 411 Church Street, Barlow was charged on February 26,
2016 by Officer Matthew Humble with possession of marijuana and possession of
drug paraphernalia.
Shane J. Wisnasky, 39, of 501 Broadway Street, Quincy, IL was arrested on
February 27, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock as a fugitive.
Mark D. Menser, 42, of 13997 SR 120, Providence was arrested on February 29,
2016 by Officer Jeff Peck for public intoxication - controlled substances
(excludes alcohol) and theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting under $500.
