Marshall County Sheriff’s Office charge four in drug related activity

sheriffOn the morning of February 19th, Deputies Steven Oakley and Cory Curtner responded to Commerce Street in Hardin in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant. While at the residence, the Deputies found three other individuals and an active meth lab. As a result of the ensuing investigation, James E. Warford age 46 of Hardin was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree – Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was served a Marshall County Circuit Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana. Warford was also served a Calloway Circuit warrant on charges of Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree.
Also charged were – 
Kurtis L. Jacobson age 35 of Benton: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense, and Drug Paraphernalia.
Megan S. Watters age 37 of Farmington, KY: Manufacturing Methamphetamine 
Andrew M. Kelley Age 45 of Hopkinsville: Manufacturing Methamphetamine
All were lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center. Deputies Oakley and Curtner were assisted at the scene by Detectives Don Tidwell and Tim Reynolds who were the Clandestine Lab Technicians, other Marshall County Deputies and a Kentucky State Trooper.
