Lourdes Hospice needs volunteers to bring care, concern, comfort and compassion to local patients and their families. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available, whether you have limited time to give or have a flexible schedule.
Volunteers can visit patients in long-term care facilities, their homes or the new Lourdes Hospice Care Center. Volunteers provide much needed respite for caregivers and families. No previous medical training required. Lourdes provides a thorough training course that prepares all volunteers for hospice work.
Lourdes Hospice covers the following counties: Ballard, Caldwell, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken and Trigg. Volunteers are needed in all of the counties served.
