Lisa D. Berkley, 44, of 661 Howards Grove Road, Lot #24, Calvert City, was arrested on July 15, 2015 by Officer Matthew Humble for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine). She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, and one headlight.
