Joseph J. Joyce, 36, of 381 East 9th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on July 04, 2015 by Officer Mike Canon for alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, resisting arrest, and fleeing or evading police 1st degree (on foot). He was also charged by Officer Brian Coleman with possession of a controlled substance and promoting contraband 1st degree.
