Mitzi Cole, age 62, of Benton, KY, died Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was a member of Union Hill Church of Christ. She was a beautician at 5th Ave Beauty Shop and a former owner with Shelly Brien of Curly Corner Beauty Shop both in Calvert City, KY.
She was the daughter of the late Donald and Wilma Jean Vick Wood.
She is survived by her husband: Joe Ted Cole of Benton, KY; One Brother: Randy and wife Phyllis Wood, Benton, KY; Brother-in-law: Phillip and wife Betty Cole of Benton, KY; Nieces: Candi West, Bethany Cooper, Jenny Darnall and Amy Green all of Benton, KY; Nephew: Brandon Cole of Benton, KY; Great Nieces: Jaylee Cole and Abby Cooper; and Great Nephews: Keegan Cole, Kyler Ross and Maxx Green.
Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2015, Josh Herndon and Bro. Joe Daryl Thorn officiating. Interment will be at Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, June 29, 2015 after 5 pm at Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY.
