John B. Garnett, 29, of 815 1/2 Oaks Road, Paducah was arrested on June 23, 2015 by Captain Robert West for public intoxication – controlled substances (excludes alcohol), indecent exposure 2nd degree, and criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
Lisa A. Bess, 48, of 900 9th Avenue, Calvert City was charged on June 24, 2015 by Chief David Elliott with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Carl E. Dowell, 27, of 1525 Culp Road, Paducah was arrested on June 25, 2015 by Officer Wes Babcock on a McCracken County warrant for failure to appear and a Livingston County warrant for non-payment of fines. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
