Daniel Ray Bowlin, 69, of Gilbertsville, KY passed away at 5:10AM, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center of Paducah.
He retired from USEC where he worked as an operator. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by two daughters, Julie Harmon and her husband John of Gilbertsville, KY and Kaye Shipley of Greenville, TN; four grandchildren, Brooke Kilgore of Charlotte, NC; Austin Sharer of Bonita Springs, FL, McKenzie Potter of Gilbertsville, KY and Hunter Harmon of Livingston County, KY.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Samuel Jay Bowlin and one sister, Gloria Jean Snyder His parents were Eugene Victor Bowlin and Velma Helen Corzine Bowlin.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM Friday, June 26, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Bro. Rex Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends after 1:00PM Friday, June 26, 2015 at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory.
