Operating on suspended license
On 06-09-15, detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on US 62 after observing vehicle run off the shoulder of roadway.
The operator was Mackenzie Redd (24 yrs. old) from Kuttawa. Mr. Redd’s operator’s license is suspended. Mr. Redd was arrested for operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Detectives located a plastic baggie with pills on Redd’s person.
Detectives also located a plastic bag of marijuana and small plastic baggie with meth residue inside the vehicle. Mackenzie Redd was transported to the Marshall County Jail. Detectives were assisted by Calvert City Police Department.
Redd was charged with operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, illegal possession of legend drug, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense-meth, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
