Nevyn Michael William Mikulich, 6 months, of Hardin, Kentucky died on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at Kosair Childrens Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Murray, Kentucky, he was the son of John Robert Mikulich of Hardin, KY and Kristie Renee (Grace) Blake of Hardin, KY.
Surviving are his parents, brothers, Zayden Mikulich of Hardin, KY and Alexander Blake of Hardin, KY, and grandparents, Renee Thurman of Almo, KY, Tammy Starbor of Illinois, and Michael Starbor of Ballard County, KY.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Grace.
A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Chris Lyden officiating. Interment will follow in Murray City Cemetery, Murray, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015.
