BENTON – Marshall County Hospital and Lourdes have partnered to expand cardiovascular services in Marshall County.
Lourdes physicians, David Hogancamp, MD and David Talley, MD have begun providing hospital cardiovascular consults and diagnostic testing in collaboration with hospital and community physicians.
“Offering expanded cardiovascular services at Marshall County Hospital is in response to a need for expanded cardiac services in the community,” said Kathy Long, CEO of Marshall County Hospital.
“Over the years, many of our patients have asked us to implement cardiovascular services close to their home and family. Offering these services in Marshall County will enable us to better serve patients right here in our community.”
“We are delighted to form a partnership with our friends at Marshall County Hospital,” said Steven Grinnell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lourdes. “It is part of the Lourdes mission to take heart care to the community. Our physicians have had the opportunity to know many of the Marshall County physicians and look forward to working with them to help care for their patients.
”Lourdes provides a gateway to the latest advances in cardiovascular care to accurately diagnose and manage heart disease. Diagnostic testing available locally include stress tests, echocardiograms and nuclear imaging; these services are offered in collaboration with Marshall County Hospital. Dr. Hogancamp will see patients 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and Dr. Talley will see patients every Wednesday. For more information, call 270-538-5654.
