Montroville J. Linsin, born 1983, was sentenced to ten years to run consecutive with time currently being served after pleading guilty to conspiracy in trafficking in controlled substance (methamphetamine) trafficking in controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, 1st offense methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified and buy/possession of drug paraphernalia.

James L. Roedel, born 1980, was sentenced to six months after pleading guilty to buy/possessing drug paraphernalia.  
John L. Hochstatter, born 1964, was sentenced to 12 months with 10 days to serve, after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. 

Matthew D. Jones, was sentenced to a five-year pre-trial diversion, after being found guilty of resisting arrest, theft on controlled substance, possession of marijuana, buy/possession of drug paraphernalia and assault third-degree police officer/probation officer. 

Dustin M. Farmer, born 1982, was sentenced to two years after being found guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, third offense, driving on DUI suspended license, second offense in five years, aggravator, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance. Charges of possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle were amended.

Shari P. Jones, born 1961, was sentenced to a five-year pre-trial diversion after being found guilty of third-degree assault, police/probation officer and resisting arrest.  

Nathan Topper, born 1973, was sentenced to a five-year pre-trial diversion after pleading guilty to flagrant non-support.

Jamie Devers, born 1987, was sentenced to three years, with a five-year conditional discharge after being found guilty of flagrant non-support.     

Jason Mathus, born 1979, was sentenced to a five-year conditional discharge after being found guilty of flagrant non-support.
