The city of Benton will be full of holiday spirit Saturday, December 11^th. Jessica Scillian and Larry Krouse are both involved in planning the Benton Christmas Parade and Dickens Christmas and joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. The day gets underway with Christmas vendors at 3 on 11^th street. Christmas characters will be there, food, a selfie booth and Christmas caroling by clients of the Marshall County Exceptional Center. Benton Partnership and local sponsors make the event possible. The lighted Benton Christmas Parade will be that evening at 6, with lineup of floats beginning at 4:30 in the Mediacom parking lot on Main Street.
