Two Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) team members were recognized for their graduation of Banking School programs in 2021.
Kathy Parker, Chief Financial Officer, was awarded a certificate of completion from the Financial Managers School presented by the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When asked about her time in the program Kathy said, “This program provided me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge of asset/liability management, investments, budgeting and reporting activities as well as networking with many other financial managers from around the world.”
Dana Howard, VP, Director of Marketing, was awarded a certificate of completion from the 4th annual Sales and Marketing School presented by the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When asked about her experience Dana said, “I’m very thankful that CFSB empowers our employees with opportunities to develop our skills, learn more about the financial industry and bring that knowledge back for real-world application in our daily work. It benefits our team and our clients.”
Michael Radcliffe, CFSB CEO, added, “Professional Development opportunities through organizations like the Graduate School of Banking is an investment we make in our business, our people and our service. Our team members are always challenged to think about the scope of the work we do daily for our clients and how we can continue to grow as an organization and as individuals. We are very thankful for the amazing education that has been provided to our team members over many years of graduates of these programs. “
The Graduate School of Banking is sponsored and governed by the Central States Conference of Bankers Associations in partnership with the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Many of the chief officers from each of these member associations, along with representatives of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, serve on the GSB Board of Trustees, the governing body of GSB.
