The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office will begin collecting our 2021 Property Taxes starting Friday October 1st. The Tax Collection Schedule is as follows:

2% Discount 10/1/2021 – 11/1/2021
Face Amount 11/2/2021 – 12/31/2021
5% Penalty 01/01/2022 – 01/31/2022
10% Penalty + 10% Add-On 02/01/2022 – close of business 04/15/2022
Our office will be open for business Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. For the month of October we will be open the last three Saturdays of the month on the 16th, 23rd and 30th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. We do encourage everyone to utilize our drop box outside our front door if you do not feel comfortable coming into the lobby.
