With a team score of 303, the Lady Marshals took the crown at the Marshall County Invitational on Saturday by 12 strokes over Madisonville-North Hopkins.
Trinity Beth shot 2-under par 70 to finish second to Lyon County’s Cathryn Brown who shot 5-under 67. Savannah Howell’s 1-over 73 was good for third place. Megan Hertter shot 74 to finish fifth and rounding out the scores, Katie Roberts shot 86 and Elsie Riley 93.
The Lady Marshals will play September 11 in the Bowling Green Invitational at Bowling Green Country Club.
