(BENTON, KY)-Marshall County High School’s student-operated Star Bank recently went on a shopping spree! For the 2020 Toys for Kids, that is. Instructor Rebecca Phelps said, “While the pandemic has brought in-school learning to a halt, the students knew that the need for their help was bigger than ever. They wanted to assist in making Christmas brighter!”
Star Bank, in its 31st year is sponsored by CFSB. Vice President Jeremy Rose added, “We have always believed that an integral part of the Star Bank program is to allow the students the opportunity to give back. It’s part of CFSB’s culture and Mrs. Phelps and each year’s class has made it part of their mission, too!
