(BENTON, KY)-CFSB has tabbed Dawn Mack as the new Benton Banking Center Relationship Banking Team Leader. Dawn’s first bank employment came while she was still attending high school in her native state of New York. She worked in several community banks before a profession change took her into the travel industry. Mack’s calling however, was in banking and she returned to the financial world before her family moved to Kentucky.
Dawn began her career at CFSB in 2009 at the institution’s former (Benton) Main Street Banking Center as a Teller. She then transitioned into a Client Service Representative opening deposit accounts. Mack became a Relationship Banker in July 2012 as CFSB opened the Benton Banking Center. In 2017, Dawn was honored as Teller of the Year by the readers of the Marshall County Tribune-Courier. CFSB Retail Banking Manager Britne Parker said, “Dawn’s passion is client service and building relationships, we are so thankful she is a part of our CFSB family! I can’t wait to see all the great things Dawn and the BBC RB team will accomplish!”
Dawn and her husband Billy have three children; Bobby, Lindsay and John. At home, Dawn enjoys gardening, decorating, painting and caring for her family’s pets.
