Preston Cope Memorial Golf Tournament raises scholarship funds

The 1st annual Preston Cope Memorial Golf Tournament was held Saturday, Oct. 17 at Calvert City Country Club. The four man scramble format drew 30 teams on a beautiful day to support the Preston Cope Memorial Scholarship Foundation. The tournament is one of two events that was held this year to help raise money for the foundation that has given over 25 scholarships to Marshall County High School seniors since its inception in 2018. They would like to say thanks and God Bless to all the players, volunteers and hole sponsors that made the tournament a great success.
