Tim York, County Clerk of Marshall County was our guest on Coffee Call

Tim York, County Clerk of Marshall County was a recent guest on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. He says the clerk’s office has been taking people by appointment, but Tuesday, May 26 the office will be open with a limited number of people admitted each time. And with the primary election date changed to June 23 and with the COVID-19 pandemic, you will have the opportunity to request an absentee ballot to vote by mail. You should be receiving a post card from the state with instructions to go online and request a ballot. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked no later than June 23. There will only be one in-person voting location, and that will be in the upper lobby of Reed Conder Gymnasium at Marshall County High School in Draffenville. To volunteer to be a poll worker, call the clerk’s office at 270-527-4740. Or send an email to: tim.york@ky.gov.
