Jennifer Brown with the Marshall County Health Department was a guest on Coffee Call

Public Health Services Manager Jennifer Brown with the Marshall County Health Department joined WCBL’s Chris Freeland recently on Coffee Call. Jennifer says to please be patient and to keep doing the things you have been told by the CDC and health officials. Stay away from crowds, when you are around someone, stay at least six feet away, wash your hands often, use hand sanitizer, don’t touch your face and sanitize surfaces often. And she says to take up a new hobby, do more things outside, maybe starting a garden and if you have children at home, take time to teach them some life skills and spend more time with them. Get plenty of sleep, exercise, drink plenty of water and try to keep yourself healthy. And if you have questions, please call the health department rather than stopping by. 270-527-1496.
