James Page with CASA was our guest on Coffee Call

James Page with CASA joined WCBL’s Cindy Riley recently on Coffee Call. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate and CASA volunteers work with abused and neglected children. Volunteers are always needed and no special qualifications are needed. You would submit an application, have a background check, an interview and then training. CASA volunteers work through the family court and CASA by the Lakes serves both Marshall and Calloway counties. Their big fundraiser is coming up April 28 at the CFSB center in Murray called the Friends of CASA Super Hero Gala with a dinner and silent auction and guest speaker Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron. Casa has offices on the second floor of the Benton Courthouse and at 407 Poplar Street in Murray. To volunteer and to find out more go to www.casabythelakes.org.
