Mrs. Ethel Elaine Thomas, age 66, of Murray, Kentucky died at 4:09am Monday, February 10, 2020 at Mercy Health – Lourdes, Paducah, Kentucky.
Mrs. Thomas was born August 13, 1953 in Murray, Kentucky to Willie Odell Reed and Ruth Skinner Williams. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Frances Williams and Norma Thomas. She was a member of the St. John Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Thomas; daughters, Maurice Thomas and Melanie Thomas; sisters, Linda Freeman and Nell Lester; brothers, Phillip Williams, Thomas Reed, and Stephon Reed; grandchildren, Malik Idlette, Mia Thomas, Kayla Thomas, Joessiah Reyes, Gabbi Reyes, and Kylan Vaughn.
The funeral service will be at 12:30pm Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens and friends may visit after 11:00am Saturday at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home.
