Two Benton businesses are among 100 named as the Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company.
Peel and Holland and Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) were named to the list based on employee policies and procedures, along with results of an internal survey of employees.
This is the third year for Peel and Holland to receive the award in the small business category of companies employing 15-149 employees. With clients in 36 states, Peel and Holland has been in business for over 95 years.
CFSB was awarded the honor in the category of 150-499 employees. In addition to having branches in Benton and Calvert City, CFSB also serves Paducah, Murray and Mayfield.
Representatives of both companies will be recognized during the annual awards dinner in Lexington on April 23.
