If Monday’s season opener is any indication, the Marshals will be fun to watch this season. Despite the slacking defense at times, the offensive side that was just a glimpse of things to come, more than made up for it in the Marshals 90-55 win over Dawson Springs.

Led by Tyler Stokes with 33 points and 29 from Zion Harmon, the one-two punch from the duo led to a few really nice ally-oops with spot on passes from Harmon that were finished off by Stokes with the slam.

Dawson Springs was led by senior Skylar Clark with 25 points and 13 points by Dylan Dawson. Clark scored the first four points for the Panthers after the Marshals opened the game on a 3-pointer by Jay Nimmo, free throws from Stokes, basket from Harmon and free throws from Tyler Powell to lead 9-4, going up 21-9 at the end of the first quarter.
