Earlier this week, a wonderful group of Master Gardeners, LDS missionary Elders, and community members, volunteered several hours sprucing up the grounds at the Arts Center. We mulched around the building landscaping and the rain garden, and reworked many of the parking pavers on 12th St. After a quick slide show about the ArtsCenter services and opportunities, and the ecology-friendly grounds features, we enjoyed a tasty chicken dinner, graciously provided by board member Ann Riley. Board member Patty Coakley and her husband assisted with lunch, slide presentation and transportation.
