KSP Searching For Escaped Inmate

UPDATE: Inmate Peevyhouse was apprehended on Friday at
approximately 1304 on walking down south gum springs rd.
Peevyhouse was lodged in McCracken County Jail on his original charges as well as Escape 2nd. 

Paducah, KY. (October 16, 2019) – The Kentucky State Police received a call from the McCracken County Jail at approximately 7:46 PM about a missing inmate. The staff advised a state inmate, named Christopher B. Peevyhouse, 19, of Paducah, KY had escaped custody. Peevyhouse was participating in the welding program at Paducah Tilghman and walked away. Peevyhouse is described as a white male, 5’09”, 130 pounds, brown hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing navy pants,  a khaki shirt, a UK ball cap and glasses. Peevyhouse was last seen in the area of Baptist Hospital. Peevyhouse has a history of burglary, theft and weapons charges.  If anyone has contact with Peevyhouse, contact police immediately.
