The Copper Kettle Raises Money for MC Senior Citizens at BBQ on the River

At today’s Marshall County Senior Citizen meeting, Kailey & Alex Hamlet were in attendance to present a check for what they raised for the program at BBQ on the River last week.  Kailey & Alex own and operate The Copper Kettle, selling hickory smoked pork rinds in four different flavors at different events throughout the year.  They chose Marshall County Senior Citizens as their charity this year at BBQ on the River due to the cut in funding.  Kailey & Alex had a lot of help from the community Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to help make this fundraiser a complete success.  Today, they were able to present a check for $2,000 to the Marshall County Senior Citizens!  Alex said that next year he plans to enter the BBQ competition and raise even more for the seniors of Marshall County!
