WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, September 25th, Congressman James Comer met with Britney Heath, the Marshall County Parks Department Director, in his Washington office. Heath and Congressman Comer discussed grant funding opportunities to construct an accessible field and playground at Mike Miller County Park for children of all abilities.
“I enjoyed meeting with Britney Heath in Washington to discuss grant funding opportunities for the proposed special needs field and playground in Mike Miller County Park. It was great to hear and learn about this community initiative and their mission to help children with disabilities,” Congressman Comer said.
