Members of Briensburg Church of Christ are sponsoring a Walk 4 Water event Saturday, September 7 at the walking trail at Kentucky Dam Village State Park in Gilbertsville. The goal is to raise at least $7,500. That money will be used to dig one well to provide fresh water for an impoverished country. Registration for the event begins at 9 am, with the three mile walk starting at 9:30 am. To find out more, to register and to make a donation, go to walk4water.org.
