(Benton, KY)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) is proud to announce the promotion of Rebecca Sorrells to Deposit Services Team Leader. Rebecca began her banking career in 2009 as a Teller at the formerly known as Fifth Street Banking Center (now the Benton Banking Center) and was then promoted to Lead Teller at the Calloway County Banking Center. In 2010, she joined the Deposit Operations Team. In addition to her new duties, Sorrells is currently enrolled in the CFSB Sales Professional program. She also holds the distinction of graduating as a CFSB Specialist in 2016. Marshall County Market President Jason Jones commented, “Rebecca brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to her new position! She has strived to learn as much as she can, in order to assist our valued clients.”
Sorrells is a 2008 graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. A Paris, Tennessee native, Rebecca is married to Brett Sorrells, a Probation and Parole Officer. The couple reside in Benton with their two children, Bella, 8 and Austin, 5. The Sorrells attend First Baptist Church in Benton.
